What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small files that websites store on your device. They can support security, remember preferences, and help website features work. Session cookies normally expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Similar technologies include browser session storage, which stores information for an individual browser tab.

How Our Website Uses These Technologies

Website operation and security. Our website runs on WordPress. Cookies may support login sessions for authorised users, preferences, and security. The cookies involved depend on whether you are signed in and which features you use.
Spam protection. Our enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated activity. This service uses cookies and processes technical information for security and abuse prevention. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
Booking continuity. The Schedule a Call journey uses session storage to carry your name, email, phone number, and business name into the booking step so you do not need to enter them again. This information is used for up to 30 minutes and is limited to the current tab. Restarting the journey clears it. Your staffing answers and consent choices are not stored in this browser storage.
Appointment scheduling. Cal.com loads after you select “Open booking calendar” on the booking step. Its service may use browser storage or cookies to operate scheduling, preferences, and security. See Cal.com’s Privacy Policy.
Careers and external services. Our Careers page loads the PyjamaHR recruitment board after you select “View current vacancies”. Embedded services may use their own cookies or storage when you interact with them. Social media links take you to separate websites, where those providers’ policies apply.

Tags and Measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand website visits. These services load only if you allow the Statistics category. Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_4KMDN6CC8N to distinguish visits and maintain session information. Rejecting optional cookies keeps these analytics scripts blocked.

Embedded YouTube videos require the Marketing category before the player loads. This category covers third-party media that may use identifiers or tracking; it does not mean we currently run advertising tags. You can follow a direct provider link instead.

We use Complianz to remember your consent choices in first-party cmplz_ cookies, including category choices, banner status and policy version. These preference cookies are retained for up to 365 days.

Managing Cookies and Browser Storage

Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to accept, reject optional cookies or change individual categories. Optional categories are off until you choose to enable them. Withdrawing consent prevents future loading of the relevant scripts; information already sent to a provider is not recalled.

You can also use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and clear website data, including browser storage. Your browser’s help pages explain the options available. Blocking cookies or embedded services may affect the security check, appointment scheduling, or other website features. Settings may need to be changed separately on each browser or device you use.

The agreement to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and the separate SMS consent checkbox on our enquiry form, are not cookie preference controls.

Information Stored with Your Enquiry

Our website keeps a private submission backup, including your enquiry and consent choices, before forwarding the enquiry to Salesforce. This is a website record, not a cookie. For information about personal data, your rights, and how to contact us, see our Privacy Policy.
